"Let's start at the very beginning!" Our favorite tunes from The Sound of Music will help us learn the foundations of vocal technique and music theory in this class. Students will learn how to warm up their voices and sing healthily, how to learn music efficiently and well, and will get to practice singing solo and with a group. These are a few of OUR favorite things!

Hailey began her theatre journey as a CYT student in 2015, first appearing in the ensemble of Beauty and the Beast Jr. This began a lifelong passion for theatre, and she went on to earn her Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Oklahoma. Hailey now works professionally as an actor and theatre educator in the Houston area, and is so excited to be teaching the next generation of CYT students!
