Class Description

Our Gang is CYT’s special series of classes designed especially for our 4-7 year old kiddos. Jump into the world of theatre with singing, dancing, and dancing. This class introduces the fundamentals of theatre while performing in a safe, encouraging environment. Students will also explore their creativity through allotted time for arts and crafts. Children develop confidence as they get their first glimpse into the joy of the stage! The theme for the fall session is "ANNIE". Fun for girls and boys!

Carla Meyer

I am excited to be teaching Our Gang this Fall! I have 3 wonderful kids who love to sing, dance and act as much as I do! I grew up singing Broadway tunes and of course Annie. I started singing on stage as a toddler and never stopped. From singing and acting in musicals, choirs, leading worship at church... you could say music is a big part of my life. I taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for 6 years and have been homeschooling my 3 kiddos for the last 5 years.
