Beast of the Baskervilles is an outrageously fun lampoon of the Sherlock Holmes tale, ’The Hound of the Baskervilles.”  Young Sir Henry is next in line to be murdered by the hideous beast that has taken up residence in his hallway.  The grim housekeeper fears the creature will get on the furniture, but others fear something even worse!  You’ll love the madcap action, crazy joks, and hilarious thrills of this off-the-wall comedy.  Villains and other assorted visitors drift in from the ghostly moor.

Project Play classes are different than our standard courses.
1.  Project Play classes audition and rehearse our play during the regular class period through January 31st (showcase night for other classes), but will also have an additional class on Thursday, February 17th, at Klein United Methodist Church.  This will be a dress rehearsal and all classes will have an opportunity to run their show on the stage.  It is crucial that ALL students are able to attend that Thursday night class session.
2.  All Project Play classes will perform at our ticketed CYT Houston Project Play Festival on FEBRUARY 20th.  The Festival will be the culminating performance for all of our Project Play classes and a wonderful chance to celebrate the Straight Play genre of theater together.  Registration in this class also includes 2 tickets to the play festival.
3.  Project Play classes have a specific maximum number of students based on that script that is being used.  Once the class is full, we cannot add more spaces.

To participate in this class you must be committed to participating in the live performance on FEBRUARY 20, 2022.

Class Dates for this Project Play class are:
1/31 (Showcase for other classes)
2/17 (Dress rehearsal at Klein United)
2/20 Project Play Festival at Klein United - Tickets will be available online.
