Welcome to CYT Houston’s 2022 Summer Stock Experience! Summer Stock is an intensive, immersive two-week workshop, complete with the casting of roles and rehearsals required to produce a full performance of The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition.
Students will learn vocals, blocking, and choreography, and perform the entire show with sets, props, and costumes to large and appreciative audiences. Our qualified staff provides the best in theater knowledge with an emphasis on the 3 C's: Character, Culture, and Craft. Come be part of this exciting adventure In the Merry Old Land of Oz!!
Students will attend this camp from 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday for the two-week period with two performances of The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition on the second Saturday, at 11 am and 2 pm.
Full cast is required for both performances.
Participants do not need to have any previous experience
